Retreat Registration
We’re so excited that you’re planning to attend the "Where Friends Gather" Retreat!
To get started, please complete our online application form (link below). You’ll be asked to provide basic information, including your name, contact details, lodging preference, and any roommate requests. If you list a roommate, please ensure they also complete their own registration form.
Once submitted, your application will be sent directly to our retreat team. We’ll follow up if any additional details are needed.
To reserve your spot, a $20 non-refundable pre-registration fee is due by July 27, 2025. A $10 late fee will be added to any registrations submitted after July 28, 2025. Retreat Cost must be paid by August 1, 2025
Please note: Your spot is not guaranteed until both your completed registration form and your $20 non-refundable deposit have been received. (Below is information on how to submit your payment)
Space is limited, so we encourage you to register and submit your deposit as soon as possible!
